Processing times can range from 1-5 business days. Processing times for custom orders or personalized items are 1-10 business days.

Shipping times will range depending on the carrier and the shipping option selected!

Please note: Fallon Presley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local shipping carrier for further clarification on lost packages or stolen packages. We welcome emails regarding this as well so we can keep track of issues with our carriers. We thank you for your anticipated understanding! 


Fallon Presley has a 30-day return policy meaning you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. When completing a return you will receive store credit for the amount that you paid for the product that you will be returning. If you are wanting to cancel or make changes to your order this must be done within 24 hours of placing your order.


Returning items over the amount of $100 comes with a 25% restocking fee. 

Apparel is eligible for a return if it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. 

Please contact us at to begin the return process. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return. Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



ALL JEWELRY, SALE ITEMS, AND ACCESSORIES cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 



If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two business days so we can correct the issue. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, which the store credit you have for the returned item can then be applied. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. You will be given store credit for the amount you paid for the item you returned if approved.
